- 2 lb. carrots
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 medium onion
- salt
Directions

1Peel and slice carrots into microwavable casserole dish.

2Cut up onions on top of carrots.

3Cut up margarine into 4 to 5 pats on top of carrots and onions.

4Spread sugar over top.

5Salt as you would any vegetable.

6Do not stir.

7Microwave on High 10 to 15 minutes.

8Stir carrots and microwave another 10 to 15 minutes or until done.
