  • 2 lb. carrots
  • 1/3 c. margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 medium onion
  • salt

Directions

    Peel and slice carrots into microwavable casserole dish.

    Cut up onions on top of carrots.

    Cut up margarine into 4 to 5 pats on top of carrots and onions.

    Spread sugar over top.

    Salt as you would any vegetable.

    Do not stir.

    Microwave on High 10 to 15 minutes.

    Stir carrots and microwave another 10 to 15 minutes or until done.
