- 1 lb. carrots
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Slice carrots in 1/4-inch rounds.

2Cook in just enough water to cover until tender.

3Drain, reserving 1/4 cup cooking liquid. Mix horseradish, onion, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.

4Place carrots in 9-inch glass baking dish. Cover with mixture.

5Mix bread crumbs and butter.

6Spread over the top.

7Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
