- 3 c. carrots, sliced
- 4 strips bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. onion, grated or finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Cook carrots until tender; drain.

2Mix together carrots, bacon, salt, pepper and onion.

3Place in 1-quart casserole. Sprinkle with sugar and butter.

4Cover and bake for 25 minutes at 400°.
