  • 1 lb. carrots (6 medium)
  • 1 chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 medium onions
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 3/4 c. water

Directions

    Pare carrots and cut in julienne strips, about 3 x 1/4-inch. Dissolve bouillon in the 1/2 cup boiling water.
