- 1 lb. carrots, cut in julienne strips
- 2 cubes chicken bouillon
- water to cover
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 to 3 onions, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Cook together carrots, bouillon and water.

2Simmer sliced onions in butter.

3Add flour to thicken and water (drained from carrots).

4Add to carrots and cook together 10 to 15 minutes.
