- 1 pkg. baby carrots (as found in produce department)
- 1 small green pepper, diced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1Cook carrots; drain and sliver lengthwise in bowl.

2Mix other ingredients.

3Pour over carrots.

4Refrigerate 1 day before serving.
