Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. baby carrots (as found in produce department)
  • 1 small green pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

Directions

    Cook carrots; drain and sliver lengthwise in bowl.

    Mix other ingredients.

    Pour over carrots.

    Refrigerate 1 day before serving.

    A sprinkle or two of celery seed really adds.
