  • 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen carrots
  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 (10 1/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (6 oz.) roll garlic cheese spread
  • 1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 c. commercial bread crumbs

Directions

    Partially cook vegetables according to package instructions. Drain well.

    Saute onions and celery in margarine.

    Add soup, cheese, mushrooms and 1/2 cup crumbs.
