- 2 1/2 lb. carrots, sliced
- 1/2 medium red onion
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Boil carrots 15 to 30 minutes with 1 teaspoon of sugar.

2Add onion; drain.

3Mix remaining ingredients and add to carrots. Serve cold.

4May be kept in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
