- 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen carrots
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 (6 oz.) roll garlic cheese spread
Directions

1Partially cook carrots.

2Drain well.

3Saute onion and celery in margarine.

4Add soup, cheese, mushrooms and 1/2 cup crumbs and mix well.

5Place in greased 2-quart baking dish.

6Sprinkle with rest of crumbs.

7Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.

8Can be made ahead and refrigerated.

9Allow 15 minutes more baking time.
