- 1 egg per lb. of chicken
- 1/4 c. milk per egg
- flour
- salt and pepper
- peanut oil for frying
Directions

1Cut chicken into small pieces.

2Coat well with flour, salt and pepper.

3Let stand in flour for 15 minutes.

4Remove chicken from flour and soak in mixture of egg and milk for 15 minutes.

5Roll in flour and deep fry in peanut oil; top with sauce, cashews and green onions.
