- 1 lb. chicken thighs and breasts, cut up
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Marinate chicken pieces in sugar and soy sauce.

2Beat eggs with a little milk, dip chicken in milk and roll in cornstarch. Fry in oil over low heat.

3Preheat oven to 300°.

4Place a little water in a pan and place first batch of fried chicken in it. Sprinkle cashews and chopped green onions over chicken.

5Place in oven to keep warm as chicken fries.

6Continue layering in this manner.
