  • 1 chicken, cut in bite-size pieces and salted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 pt. milk
  • 1 small can oysters, drained
  • water
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 to 2 drops Kitchen Bouquet

Directions

    Mix eggs and milk together.

    Dip chicken in milk and egg mixture, then in flour.

    Drop into deep fat fryer (350°) about 6 to 7 minutes or until batter is golden brown.

    Take them out and put in Pyrex dish in oven to keep warm.
