  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 pkg. (14 oz.) BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped PLANTERS Cashew Halves with Pieces

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Beat egg whites in large bowl with electric mixer until frothy.

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of the coconut mixture, 2 inches apart, onto parchment-covered baking sheets.

    Bake 18 to 20 min.

    or until golden brown.

    Immediately remove cookies from baking sheets to wire racks.

    Cool completely.
