- 1/4 cups Raw Cashews
- 1/2 cups Water
- 1 Peeled, Sliced And Frozen Banana
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Honey
Directions

1Put the cashews into a heat proof bowl. Boil 1/2 cup of water and add that to the cashews. Let them soak for 15 minutes. Then put the mixture into a blender and blend until smooth. Add 1/4 cup of crushed ice, banana, vanilla, and honey. Blend again until smooth. Serve immediately.
