Ingredients

  • 1/2 packages white almond bark
  • 1/2 packages chocolate almond bark
  • 1 can large cashews
  • 2 packages caramel candy
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp crisco

Directions

    spray parchment paper with non stick spray.

    Arrange small mound cashews on parchment paper.

    Melt caramels with some water on low heat, stir slowly until melted thoroughly.Top cashews with melted caramel covering ALL nuts.

    Refridgerat for 15 min.

    Melt chocolate in microwave for 3 minutes, checking every min and stir until all chocolate is melted.

    Stir in tbsp of crisco.Dip cashew/caramel mixture in chocolate.

    Place on parchment paper and refridgerate until its hard.
