  • Frozen cassava wedges
  • Vegetable oil, salt
  • 500ml water
  • Chilli mix tomato ketchup

Directions

    Poor 500ml water into a sauce pan and the frozen cassava, Add 1/2tsp salt.

    Cover and simmer for 12minutes. Drain and deep fry until golden brown. Serve sprinkling with chilli powder before serving.
