  • 1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine
  • 2 (7 oz.) Cans Whole Green Chilies (Fresh are the best)
  • 1 lb. Grated Jack or Cheddar Cheese (you may use half & half)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3/4 tsp. Salt
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1 Cup Bisquick or Biscuit Mix

Directions

    Melt butter in 9 x 13 baking dish (glass is best). Arrange chilies in a layer over bottom of the dish, cover with cheese.
