  • 1 head cabbage
  • 2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning
  • salt (to taste)
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 14-12 cup seasoned rice vinegar (depending how tangy you like it)

    Saute onions until translucent.

    While your onions are cooking cut the cabbage into wedges.

    Add cabbage, lemon pepper, salt and seasoned rice vinegar and cook until cabbage is tender.
