  • 4 catfish fillets
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 sprigs of oregano
  • butter
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Tabasco sauce
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Slice the onion and cut the tomatoes into narrow wedges. Saute lightly in one tablespoon of butter.

    Place fillets in a baking dish so they do not overlap.
