- 4 filets of catfish
- 4 radishes
- 1 bunch scallions or 2 large leeks, chopped
- 4 carrots, sliced in julienne style
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Place catfish, skin side up, in a glass oven dish, side by side.

3Sprinkle lightly with coarse pepper and drizzle 1 tablespoon of oil over filets.

4Meanwhile, saute all vegetables in 1 tablespoon oil, using a large skillet until almost done.

5Then sprinkle sesame seed over vegetables and cook until lightly brown.

6After 15 minutes of cooking, remove catfish from oven and spread vegetables equally over each filet.

7Serve with salad and white or red wine.
