- 8 ounces chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 egg beaten
- 3 cups mini marshmallows colored
- 1/2 cup nuts chopped
- 1 cup flaked coconut
Directions

1Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Add egg and stir until thick. Cool mixture.

2Spread coconut and nuts onto aluminum foil; pour mixture over marshmallows and nuts.

3Shape into log and roll in coconut. Roll up in foil and chill until firm.

4Slice into 36 pieces.
