  • 8 ounces chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows colored
  • 1/2 cup nuts chopped
  • 1 cup flaked coconut

Directions

    Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Add egg and stir until thick. Cool mixture.

    Spread coconut and nuts onto aluminum foil; pour mixture over marshmallows and nuts.

    Shape into log and roll in coconut. Roll up in foil and chill until firm.

    Slice into 36 pieces.
