Ingredients
- 2 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. lite brown sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 c. plain flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 5 c. oatmeal (grind to powder with a food processor)
- 24 oz. chocolate chips
- 1 c. or 8 oz. shredded Hershey bar with almonds (use food processor)
- 3 c. finely chopped pecans
Directions

1Cream butter, sugar and lite brown sugar.

2Add eggs and vanilla.

3Stir in sifted together flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.

4Add oatmeal.

5Add chocolate chips, Hershey bar and pecans.

6Roll into golf ball size and place on a cookie sheet 2 inches apart.

7Bake at 370° for 5 minutes.

8Press down from a ball to a pancake.

9Cook 7 more minutes.

10The dough is great kept in the refrigerator for a few days.
