Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 4 eggs, hard boiled and chopped
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon pickle relish (optional)
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 12 teaspoon paprika
- 12 teaspoon parsley
Directions

1Cook cauliflower until tender.

2Drain, pat dry, let cool and cut into small pieces.

3Place in large bowl.

4Mix remaining ingredients except paprika and parsley.

5Chill 2 hours.

6Before serving sprinkle paprika and parsley.

7Can even slice an extra hard boiled egg and garnish with eggs.
