  • 1 large fresh head cauliflower
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of onion soup
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. shredded sharp cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated or shredded carrots
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry basil
  • 1 small pkg. (5) refrigerated biscuits, cut into quarters

    Break cauliflower into flowerets. Steam until crisp-tender. Mix soup, milk, cheese, carrots, parsley and basil. Place cauliflower into 7 x 11-inch baking dish and pour sauce over it. Place biscuit pieces around edges of dish. Bake at 350° until biscuits are nice and brown, about 15 minutes. Makes 6 generous servings.
