Cauliflower Casserole

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery or cheese soup
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained (optional)
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. basil (dried), crushed
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • dash of salt and pepper

Directions

    Cook cauliflower according to package directions; drain well. Halve any large pieces.

    In 2-quart casserole, combine soup, water, mushrooms, onion, basil and salt and pepper.

    Carefully stir in cauliflower.

    Sprinkle cheese and paprika on top.

    Bake, uncovered, in a 375° oven for 25 minutes.
