- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery or cheese soup
- 2/3 c. water
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained (optional)
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. green onions, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. basil (dried), crushed
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- dash of salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook cauliflower according to package directions; drain well. Halve any large pieces.

2In 2-quart casserole, combine soup, water, mushrooms, onion, basil and salt and pepper.

3Carefully stir in cauliflower.

4Sprinkle cheese and paprika on top.

5Bake, uncovered, in a 375° oven for 25 minutes.
