- 2 eggs
- 4 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 2 (8 oz.) boxes frozen chopped cauliflower, cooked
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Beat the eggs in a bowl.

2In separate bowl, add chopped onion, soup, mayonnaise and beaten eggs.

3Mix thoroughly.

4Add cooked, drained cauliflower to the first mixture; mix thoroughly.

5Mix melted butter and bread crumbs together; sprinkle over cauliflower mixture.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
