- 1 medium head cauliflower
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions

1Cook cauliflower in boiling salted water for about 12 minutes, until fork-tender.

2Drain and place in shallow baking dish. Combine soup and milk; stir in cheese.

3Pour over cauliflower. Sprinkle with crumbs.

4Bake at 350° for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.

5Garnish with bacon.
