- 1 lb. fresh mushroom
- 1 onion, chopped
- butter
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 large head cauliflowerets
- garlic, basil, salt and pepper to taste
- 3 c. cooked brown rice
- 2 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Directions

1Saute mushrooms and onion in butter with juice of 1 lemon. Saute cauliflowerets in butter with garlic, basil, salt and peeper to taste.

2Mix all ingredients and put in greased casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
