  • 1 lb. fresh mushroom
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • butter
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 large head cauliflowerets
  • garlic, basil, salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 c. cooked brown rice
  • 2 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Directions

    Saute mushrooms and onion in butter with juice of 1 lemon. Saute cauliflowerets in butter with garlic, basil, salt and peeper to taste.

    Mix all ingredients and put in greased casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
