  • 150 ml Grain vinegar
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Red chili pepper

    Cut the cauliflower apart into small clusters and boil lightly.

    Remove the seeds from the red chili peppers and slice.

    Put the ingredients of into a plastic freezer bag and mix well.
