- 150 ml Grain vinegar
- 3 to 4 tablespoons Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Red chili pepper
Directions

1Cut the cauliflower apart into small clusters and boil lightly.

2Remove the seeds from the red chili peppers and slice.

3Put the ingredients of into a plastic freezer bag and mix well.

4Add the cauliflower of Step1 and press the air out, close tightly and leave it.
