- 5 slices bacon
- 5 or 6 medium potatoes
- 1/2 head cauliflower
- 1 to 2 c. milk
Directions

1Fry bacon slightly.

2Peel potatoes and cut up; put in pot with bacon and cover with water.

3Cook until potatoes are tender, then add cauliflower and cook until tender.

4When all is done, mash mixture, leaving water.

5Add enough milk to make soupy; salt and pepper to taste.
