  • 1/4 cups Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 head (about 3 Lb. Size) Cauliflower

Directions

    In small bowl, whisk olive oil, garlic, parsley, paprika, onion powder, crushed red pepper, salt and black pepper.

    Remove the leaves and trim the stem end of the cauliflower. Leave the core intact. Place the cauliflower stem side down on a sturdy cutting board. Cut 1/2-inch wide sections.

    Brush both sides of the steak with the olive oil mixture and place on a well seasoned baking sheet. Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes, flipping the steaks halfway through the baking process.
