- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/4 c. chopped peppers
- 6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 2 c. tomato sauce
Directions

1Cook sausage 20 minutes and drain excess fat.

2Cook pastas according to directions on package.

3Saute mushrooms, onions and peppers in butter.

4In an 8 x 8-inch baking dish, layer as follows:
