  • 1 c. mostaccioli pasta
  • 1 c. rotini pasta
  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/4 c. chopped peppers
  • 6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 c. tomato sauce

Directions

    Cook sausage 20 minutes and drain excess fat.

    Cook pastas according to directions on package.

    Saute mushrooms, onions and peppers in butter.

    In an 8 x 8-inch baking dish, layer as follows:

    pastas, sausage, mushroom mixture, sauce and cheese. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
