Ingredients
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 or 2 dashes hot pepper sauce
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 c. sour cream
- 4 oz. black caviar
Directions

1Soften gelatin in cold water, then dissolve in hot water.

2Let cool.

3Add lemon juice, pepper sauce, mustard and mayonnaise to gelatin and water.

4Fold in sour cream and stir in caviar.

5Pour into 3 or 4-cup mold.

6Chill until set; unmold.

7Serve with Melba toast rounds.
