- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. chopped green onion
- 5 chopped hard-boiled eggs
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2/3 c. sour cream
- 2 small jars black caviar
Directions

1Prepare an 8-inch spring-form pan by covering bottom with aluminum foil and lining sides with plastic wrap.

2Spread 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese on bottom of pan.

3Sprinkle with onions.

4Combine eggs and mayonnaise and spread gently over onions.

5Combine 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese with sour cream. Spread gently over egg mixture.

6Cover with plastic and chill overnight.

7To serve, release spring-form and place pie on the foil covered spring-form bottom onto serving dish.

8Just before serving, spread black caviar over cream cheese/sour cream layer. Serve with crackers.
