- 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 c. minced onion
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 c. sour cream
- 3 1/2 to 4 oz. Romanoff imported lumpfish caviar (black)
Directions

1Combine eggs with mayonnaise; spread over bottom of well-greased 8-inch spring-form pan.

2Sprinkle with onion.

3Blend softened cream cheese until well blended and smooth.

4Spread carefully over onion with wet spatula.

5Cover and chill 3 hours or overnight.

6Before serving, top with caviar, spreading to edge of pan.

7Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.

8Serve with crackers.
