- 1 pkg. frozen corn, thawed
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne or to taste
- 1/2 c. cream or half and half
Directions

1Melt the butter in a pan large enough to accommodate the corn; add the corn, the garlic, the cayenne and salt to taste.

2Cook for 3 to 5 minutes over medium heat and add cream.

3Cook additional 8 minutes or until heated through.
