- 2 pounds Pieces Of Salmon, Skin On
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 4 dashes Salt And Pepper
- 1 whole Cedar Plank, For Grilling On
Directions

1Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 1/2 an hour.

2Place the salmon, skin side down on the cedar plank.

3Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4Rub the brown sugar all over the top of the salmon.

5Grill on medium heat for about 20 minutes.

6Remove from grill and let it sit for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
