  • 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 4 dashes Salt And Pepper
  • 1 whole Cedar Plank, For Grilling On

    Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 1/2 an hour.

    Place the salmon, skin side down on the cedar plank.

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Rub the brown sugar all over the top of the salmon.

    Grill on medium heat for about 20 minutes.
