- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. cut up chicken (salt to taste)
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
Directions

1Place a long sheet of foil on shallow 10 x 15-inch baking pan or cookie sheet. Arrange chicken in a layer on foil. Combine onion soup, ketchup, brown sugar and water and pour over chicken evenly. Close the foil to make an envelope and seal in juice. Bake at 375° for 50 minutes. Remove chicken to platter and spoon sauce over chicken. Serves 4.
