- cooked asparagus spears
- bottled Italian dressing
- 8 oz. (2 c.) elbow macaroni, cooked
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1/2 tsp. horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. sliced scallions
- 2 c. slivered, cooked ham
- 1 c. sliced celery
- watercress
- cherry tomatoes
Directions

1Marinate asparagus in Italian dressing overnight, or at least 3 to 4 hours.

2Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain.

3Rinse with cold water; drain again. In bowl, blend mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, mustard and scallions; toss in macaroni, ham and celery.

4To serve, arrange asparagus spears on platter; top with macaroni salad.

5Garnish with watercress and cherry tomatoes.
