- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. blanched almonds
- 4 c. celery (sliced Chinese style)
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. ginger
- 1 cube chicken bouillon, crushed
Directions

1Melt butter over low heat; add almonds.

2Saute until light brown, add celery, onion, sugar, garlic powder, ginger and bouillon cube.

3Stir carefully until well mixed and cook until crisp-tender about 10 minutes.

4Serves 4 people.
