  • 4 c. celery cubed
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. water chestnuts
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. Ritz crackers crushed
  • 1/2 stick butter melted

Directions

    In sauce pan boil for 5 minutes soup, milk, water chestnuts, salt and pepper to taste.

    Mix crackers and butter together to make crumbs.

    Place celery in a baking dish, pour soup mixture over celery; and top with cracker mixture. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
