- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 2 pkg. (rolls) Ritz crackers, crushed
- 2 c. celery, sliced
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 small bag slivered almonds
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine melted margarine with crushed crackers.

3Place half of crumbs in bottom of casserole dish.

4Cook celery in salted water for about 5 minutes and drain.

5Mix celery with water chestnuts, almonds, soup and milk.

6Pour into casserole dish on top of crumbs.

7Cover top with remaining crumbs and bake at 350° for 35 minutes, covered.

8Uncover and bake for 10 minutes more.
