- 4 c. celery, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1 (6 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1/4 c. chopped pimiento
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. sliced, toasted almonds
- Ritz crackers
Directions

1Put celery in boiling, salted water and cook 8 minutes; drain. Layer celery, water chestnuts, pimiento and chicken soup in buttered 2-quart casserole.

2Top with sliced almonds; crumble Ritz crackers lightly over all.

3Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes until bubbly.
