- 1 can salmon
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 can celery soup
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Drain salmon; season and mash with a fork.

2Stir in celery soup and heat.

3Remove from heat and add egg yolks one at a time, beating thoroughly.

4Fold in beaten egg whites.

5Pour in buttered casserole.

6Bake in moderate oven for 1 hour.

7Put casserole in pan of water while baking.
