  • 1 can consomme
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar honey
  • 6 to 8 cloves garlic
  • 1 regular size bottle soy sauce
  • 6 to 8 lb. pork spareribs

Directions

    Have the butcher crack the ribs at 2-inch intervals.

    Cut ribs into 2-inch pieces.
  3. 3
    Marinate the ribs, best overnight.

    Set oven temperature to 350°.

    Take ribs out of marinade and roast for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

    Baste with marinade frequently.

    Turn up oven for the last few minutes to crisp the ribs.
