  • 2 lbs fresh fish fillet (any white meat fish.. ei snapper)
  • 1 Cup carrots
  • 1 Cup Cabbage (green)
  • 1 Cup Onion (white or purple)
  • 1 Cup Tomatoe
  • 1 Cup Celery
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 3 limes juiced.. & equal parts water
