- 1/4 tsp. cardamom seeds
- 6 whole cloves
- 1 (3-inch) cinnamon stick
- 6 black peppercorns
- 2 (1/4-inch thick) slices fresh ginger
- 4 tea bags (black tea)
- 2 c. soy milk
Directions

1On the stove, put water, tea and spices in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

2Reduce to low boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Strain and return to pan.

3Add milk and reheat.
