  • 5c bread flour
  • 2 pkg yeast
  • 3/4 c water warm
  • 1/8 c sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2eggs
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp oil

Directions

    Make well in flour. Pour yeast and water into well. Add sugar and salt. Rise 20 min. Mix eggs and oil, add 1/2 to dough, mix, add rest and mix. Add 3/4-1 cup water. Knead 10 min.

    Rise 40 min.

    Punch down

    Rise 30 min
  5. 5
    Twist rise 40 min
  6. 6
    Cook 350 for 40-50 min.
