- 5 eggs
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. salad oil
- 2 1/2 c. warm water
- 8 c. flour
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
Directions

1Put 4 eggs in mixing bowl; add 6 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 1/2 cups salad oil and 2 1/2 cups warm water.

2Mix lightly.

3Add 2 cups flour and 2 packages of dry yeast.

4Stir and knead in about 6 cups flour.

5Let rise until double.

6Divide into thirds.

7Divide each third in thirds.

8Roll each third into rope on floured surface.

9Braid.

10Let rise until double in size.

11Brush with one egg yolk, beaten with 1 teaspoon water.

12Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.
