- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp. salt
- 4 to 4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 egg white, beaten
- sesame seed or poppy seed
Directions

1Dissolve yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar in 1/2 cup warm water. Let stand 5 minutes. Combine oil and next 4 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until blended.

2Add yeast mixture and 2 cups flour; beat until smooth. Gradually stir in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. (Dough should be sticky.)

3Cover dough and let rest 10 minutes.
